I think it's a bit different ordering someone to drink something (ie the screener that made the kid drink creek water and got sick) vs. someone volunteering to drink the bottle of coke they've been drinking while in line.
I wouldn't trust the courts on that one. Perhaps someone in the legal field could give an opinion.
