I phoned the Platinum line last week and was greeted with, "Chairman's Preferred. XXX speaking, how can I help you?"

While she was very helpful (and pleasant), she was no better than the times that I get "just" the Platinum line. I have noticed an extreme difference, however, from the Silver line that I had to call up till the end of last year. ^
