Issue One: Some how CO has decided to start sending stuff to my previous address for which I have not lived at for nine months and have had changed in the system for just as long. This included an Eticket receipt and a voucher for credit which I still have not received but have talked to someone on the phone about and they have given me the information.
I have experienced this, however it was to the right address. Out of no where I have started to get an eTicket for every reservation I make.
