I still can't get it to save any changes I make to my profile : I'm getting "We were unable to save your diamond club account at this time. Please try again later." Its been like this since the weekend.

BTW : Preferred airport = London Heathrow ?
Well at least it shows bmi's programmers have a sense of humour.
