Yes. Had barely functioning IFE on 2 recent flights.

TBH I didn't bother writing in, as I general write to CR only I it's something I think they need to know about.

Since they would have got reports from the CSD about the IFE, I didn't bother.

However, if you want a few thousand miles, there's nothing to stop you writing in.
