AVOD didn't work properly - should I complain?

Traveling back from JFK the other day the AVOD was not at its best.
I kind of gave up at some point as I could no longer be bothered.

Is it worth complaining about this to CR?
I am not usually a complainer (in fact it would be the first time ever I would contact them about anything), but I did feel slightly deprived of something that is now meant to be part of the service on these flights.

Anyone here that had the same problems, and got any resolute from CR about this?

Don't want to waste my time...
