The CO Computers are fried.... or least I think they are.
I look through the FAQ thread on the website issues but dont think this is related to that. I have had three very random events happen over the last three to four weeks that I thought I would check with everyone else about.
Issue One: Some how CO has decided to start sending stuff to my previous address for which I have not lived at for nine months and have had changed in the system for just as long. This included an Eticket receipt and a voucher for credit which I still have not received but have talked to someone on the phone about and they have given me the information.
Issue Two: That eticket mentioned earlier, why was I sent a receipt. I have never requested it and I haven't asked for one that I know of in like five years. Again it makes me think that the computers at CO are going crazy.
Issue THree: I submitted an online comment to the PClub the other day about some issues that I have had in the last couple of weeks. I get a call today from someone from Houston to my parents house in Houston. I havent listed that number in many many years as I dont live with them in Houston or have phone service in the same state.
I bring this up as we have experienced many issues online and to me it seems like these are spreading. I may end up in the IT meeting twice, to try and get all my concerns answered this weekend.
Is anyone else havin these problems with information that is stored on the CO computers but not related to the website. I am off to call the elite line to se what information they have on me.
