I am about to pull the trigger on the Nuvi 370 for my father's bday. I just had one quick question that I wasn't able to find out or research anywhere. I also used the TomTom910.

I know that the Nuvi automatically calculates the fastest route for a destination. It also lets you review it. But are you able to change any of the legs in the route?

For example, Boston to New York, usually gets directions such as 90W->84->91S, however I prefer the 90W->84W->91->15S (H. River Parkway). Would it be able to change the portion of the trip?

All other things I hear about it are positive.
