Right now, there is very little available. AeroMobile have been trialing the GPRS Picocell data service with Quantas, but only in Austrailia. Inmarsat are starting their Broadband service commercially in November and many airlines have committed to this. However, knowing the time it takes to get the kit on Aircraft as well as the licensing issues, I would not expect to see much until well into 2008.
I'd be amazed if OnAir was up and running commercially before 2015...
