No it isn't possible to pick it up at the airport. I had a real problem with this in Summer, and the solution was to change my address in the M&M profile to where I was at that time. Apparently you can change your address as many times as you want.
On the other hand, I was leaving on Austrain from BSL, and LH don't have the possibility to print paper tickets there. So perhaps BRE is OK. Best is to call them.
