For the rest of my staff, we did a one-day in-out on WN for Wednesday, at $102 including all taxes. That fare held until 4-5 days ago. WN walk-up fares are, as you note, the same for WN and UA (funny how that works). Will be interesting to see what fares do when Virgin enters the market.
