I think all of the Preferred lines have certain places where the calls are directed, but when they get busy, calls are redirected elsewhere.

I believe there are also better times of the day to call. For example it is my understanding that CP is still in Winston-Salem and Platinum is in AZ, so you would want to call during "regular business hours" at those locations.

On weekends the "less experienced" agents are working. This did not used to be the case.
