I've had pretty good luck with the Platinum line. Of course, I've never asked for much other than the occasional re-booking of a flight. I almost never end up on hold when calling.

I've had a couple minor problems such as telling me they booked me into a certain seat only to find out at the airport that I'm not in that seat and any alternatives are not very desirable. All in all I've been happy with that line.
