Glad to hear they are more knowledgable. I was starting to suspect there was no such thing as separate call centers or reps anymore, that they just directed them all to the USA and gave priority routing based on status level during times of heavy volume. I'll be platinum in a month and will have had all three levels this year, so I'll see if there's a difference.
