Hi there,
So I had a travel certificate for $100 off a flight and I enter the promo code when booking the reservation. The reservation quoted me $0 when it was all said and done. So I booked the flight and got a confirmation email of my itinerary. However, I never got my e-ticket for the flight. So I called OnePass and they said the flight actually would cost $430.
Should I have to pay the new price? Should they honor the original quote? I have a screen shot saved of the $0 amount.
You advice is greatly appreciated. Not sure whether to fight this one or not.

I think it was an itinerary that CO.com could not fulfill and so quoted $0. I've had that happen before.
Can you give us the route that you were wanting to fly and the dates?
