The 30's buses (e.g. 30, 32, 33, 36) all leave from the McPherson/Farragut area, and will take you there. They run along I St & Penn Av downtown, then M St in Georgetown, before heading up Wisc Av.

Actually, I find Georgetown to be the best neighborhood for parking - it's so residential that you can find parking somwhere. Much much better than say Adams Morgan, or the Penn Qtr.
