Presumably you will be stepping off a Domestic UA plane, which will mean no C&I. If that's the case - it shouldn't take you longer than 15-20 minutes to get to the ORD station. Wait perhaps another 5-10 minutes (if you happen to miss the last train leaving) and then perhaps 45-50 minutes to Clark/Lake.

Should be able to make a noon luncheon, or darn close to it!
