Just being booked as we speak, and I see that the LHR-DFW is showing up as 20 minutes earlier than the timetable says, so it's now LHR 1140 DFW 1540.

Obviously it may change again and again before next Summer, but with with a 1540 arrival time, would you go for a domestic connection to LAS at 1750 or 1850?
2:10 should be ample in DFW - I've been at my connecting gate less than an hour from arrival. As millionmiler said the published connection times are reliable.
