Not AFAIK. I recently (in the last two months) have arrived into NRT twice in F on CX and SQ but never saw any fast track. NH F last year didn't provide one either.

OTOH, I have recently experienced faster moving queues at NRT immigration though. The usual 30-45 minutes now seems to be down to 15-25 minutes wait. Infact last time I managed to catch a 1520 limobus to the Conrad after having touched down at NRT at 1428. And this was with 2 checked bags!
