It's next July, so by then will be LHR-DFW. I wouldn't take a longhaul flight from LGW in F.

PHX doesn't work for me, even though it's probably the most convenient connection (onto HP), as I need a continuous BA/AA routing for the UK-NA award booking, ie. LHR-DFW-LAS-LAX-OGG-DFW-JFK-LHR, which should be doable for 150k in F throughout. Having a missing link from PHX-LAS would not make it work for a through booking.
