DFW Transfer is slightly easier, but both ORD and DFW involve Bag Collection, clearance, re-check, close to Customs exit and then Landside Transfer by Tram/Train and security.

Of course much depends on where you are connecting to.

Alllow 2 hours to be safe, avoid TBIT at LAX,
Going to LAS.

Choice are to connect to AA at ORD, but poor connections. As I recall, the domestic terminal there is a complete zoo. Flagship, hagship, hagwhip lounge. Not important, as I don't find the prospect of a lounge with nowhere to sit, nothing to eat, and tip the barman to get a drink, very exciting. Better off sitting in McFlagship downstairs.

Then there's a 2 hour connection at LAX but a Y only flight on AA to LAS.

Or a 1 hour 50 mins (or a 2 hour 50 mins) connection at DFW, with a F cabin to LAS on AA.

Am tempted to go with DFW, but wondering whether 1 hour 50 mins is enough.
