I used PTS for the first time the other day, to make an FHR booking, and I was sent a Signature On File Card by email, to fill out and return by fax. One thing which concerns me is that they require a copy of the front and back of the card "for verification purposes". This would of course include the Card Security Codes.

I don't recall ever having to do this sort of thing before - is this SOP with PTS?
