I believe they all require terminal changes, but it depends on where you're headed. Connecting in LAX is generally a waste of time because there are few onward flights from there. DFW is MUCH easier than ORD - immigration is typically quicker and the train is inside the secure area so it's easy to get around, however all the advantage would be lost if you're heading for somewhere close to ORD like MSP or DTW.
