The "purchase miles" payment system doesn't seem to be working, it declined three different credit cards, all of which have the funds available. In fact bought a SQ ticket more expensive than the miles would have been 10 mins later, so it can't be my cards.

Do the service centres sell miles on the phone? (closed at the moment)
