To answer your question - Vauxhall Corsa. Don't much like it, but that's because of the individual faults with the car - others I've driven have been better - and also it replaced a Yaris which I loved which got written off in an accident so suffers by comparison

Since there is just me and Sheep (and he doesn't take up much room), I've never felt the need to own anything bigger than a hatchback. So far I've had a couple of Polos (great but upkeep expensive), Yaris (great) and Corsa (ok). Parking is soooo much easier in a city in a small car too
