Your transportation options are much the same as they were 2.5 years ago.
The Narita Express departs from Terminal 2.
If N'EX was your choice last time, then you could easily do the same again. (Did you get a cab from Tokyo Station? Probably cost another 2000yen or so?)

Limousine bus is a door-to-door option. Not bad if you have big luggage.

I think that the Keisei Skyliner + Subway (Hibiya line) to Hiroo would be my choice. It gets you within a short distance of the hotel.
