No, I am afraid that the lounge staff will not be able to start calculating how many points you may have earned on your last flight to add it to your account balance. Until those points are on your account they do not count in regard to lounge access etc. You should contact the Exec Club and ask them why the points do not show as yet and see if they can post them asap.
