This happened to me twice last year, on one occassion the marshal sat in my seat and "protected" us while he fed his large belly. Sad for AS to have to give up the seat and inconvenience a passenger. AS will always move a paid F customer into an upgraded MVPG seat and then downgrade the MVPG. Sad for taxpayers to see such a waste.
FAM - the only way this worked is if they reshuffled others too. The lady in "my" seat was no FAM. In fact, thinking back, none of them looked qualified (not that means much). And would the MVP desk be moving people around if it was for a FAM? I have no idea who handles their seats.
