Many places have instant ramen noodles (pot noodles for you Brits reading this). Since you're from San Jose CA, why not try the 99 Ranch Market where you're at (see this link)? Granted, most stores stock ordinary ramen, but the really good authentic asian noodles like the UFO noodles I mentioned above and such are located in Asian grocery stores.
