Where to unwind for 10 days after 10 day Botswana safari?

Hi - The Mrs and I will be honeymooning this May for about 3 weeks. We are currently scheduled to spend 12 days in Botswana / Vic Falls and we're trying to decide where to unwind for the remainder of our honeymoon.

Some considerations:
- Beach: The Mrs would like to have some beach time and initially pushed for the Seychelles. We get bored after a few days laying around on the beach
- Diving: We are recently certified divers and will have ~6 more dives under our belt before the trip
- Food: She is an adventurous eater and a bit of a food critic. We would be disappointed to go somewhere and pay $100s for mediocre food
- Travel: We're doing a business class award on SAA which allows a free trip to Mauritius with our stopover in JNB to get to Botswana. Initially we thought we'd connect to Seychelles via Mauritius (the schedule is ok on Thursdays) then spend a few days in Mauritius on the return

Should we consider Mozambique instead? We'd love to hear your thoughts!
