Also, is your primary focus business or leisure? Do you prefer to be closer to your morning activity or your evening venue?

If I had to pick two out of a hat, I'd give priority to the Regent and the de Rome, both in the Mitte district (near the federal governemnt offices, and just steps away from both the Staatsoper and the Komiche Oper, for example).
