One thing I haven't seen on the thread (and was somewhat unclear on the AA web link posted) was whether this would apply to AA flight numbers on BA metal. My reading of the web page would seem to imply that if you're on a AA flight number, you'll still get your bonus miles, right?

So, given that many of my flights from LHR are on AA flight numbers, it may not be as bad as it first seems...
