Getting past all the commentary, why is it not possible for UA, or anyone else, to tell the FAM where to sit, and not to sit? It is their plane and their passengers. Just like a cop coming in to a restaurant, they don't automatically get the good seats. Why FAMs? Just curious why someone doesn't "just say no".
