It's just me. And I just checked again and no upgrade.
However it's back to NC0 now, so I'm guessing that somebody else who was on the waitlist ahead of me got the 1 upgrade. I am just a lowly 1P (for now).
I know it's not a reliable measurement, but seatcounter is showing C9 and the seating map still has some empty seats, so I'm still hopeful. If not, the way it stands now, I'll have a row all to myself in E+. I can live with that.
