Yes, but I would prefer they turn it on more. On transatlantics out of ATL to the UK, you will see it until you are over NC, and it will appear again at breakfast time when you are over Cork, Ireland. It generally stays on continually for the last 30 min or so of the flight. It is also displayed intermittently throughout the flight between the programming, but I don't know that it is possible identify specific times that you will see it.
