It's not rocket science, it just takes some skill, more will and some luck.
By your own description, only two or so people can be in aisle - so how would a team of 10-15 work? If enough passengers get up, they will cut the 10-15 into smaller groups, cut off from each other, and then it will be easier to stop them - if you've ever tried deplaning quickly after arrival, you know what the aisle looks like from just half the aisle seat occupants standing up.
