They may have stopped it. It has been two years since I last flew in Y (thanks to FT!) so I have not had a recent occasion to ask for the upgrade.
When I did purchase the upgrade, it was $250 per class with a maximum upgrade to CW ($500 total).

If you are in ATL, you can probably find the phone number for BA's ATL desk and ask them. I think they open at 12:45pm, daily.
