OK, I can see this getting someone bent out of shape esp. if they checked in first and some PL guest did get a room which turned out to be better. But this appears to be the only complaint that is still unresolved, other than possibly lingering unhappiness over being initially assigned a room worse than PL.

It's a fine letter, but when you distill it down there's really not much there. If you're 'on the verge of gold' you must spend a lot of nights at Marriott. Is this the worst Marriott experience you've ever had? Just curious.
