OK, I'm not a pro on all of this, and IM is a dark art, but I wonder if they EVER stop selling C to "allow for overflow from Y." Given the great difference in fare, I would think it would pay to sell every C seat available (if they could) then deal with denied boarding in coach if it came to that. I wonder....
