IMHO, unlikely.

On my last flight back to IAH from AMS coach was 1/3 occupied, mostly in the elite seats. CO gate agents moved almost ALL the people in the elite seats to the back of the plane.... many of us ended up behind several rows of non-elites who were not reseated.

This was for W&B issues. So... if the front cabin is full, W&B would drive people to be seated in the rear of the plane. A much more favorable situation for elites.
