The cabins are separated and you're meant to use the toilets in your cabin. Nothing snobbish about that.
No toilets in WT+ just a small sign telling you to "use the toilets in the rear" beyond the curtain. Another of the reasons I am going to move to VS and suffer a year out of the lounge.
