The last row of each cabin on the airbus fllet does recline, but maybe not quite as much as the other rows. It is right by both rear bathrooms and right in front of the galley so it might be a little noisy if you are planning to sleep. Just make sure you have some noise cancelling headsets or earplugs and you should be able to sleep if that's your intention. Have a good flight!
I do have noise canceling headphones...I never seem to be able to sleep on a plane too much anyway, maybe an hr here or there.
