CX and change fee
I am in the middle of a RTW Global Explorer 34,000 A.

Needed to make a flight time change only.

My ticket was issued by AA. CX is now charging approximately U$D 40 to make even the simplest change on ANY type ticket not issued by them.

When did this start?
