I share in your frustration. I flew on LH 459 from MUC-SFO on 8/19 on a Z fare and no upgrade to F. I purchased my ticket on .bomb with MP in the record from the getgo. Outbound flights were on UA metal and those posted within a day. Despite faxing my BPs and e-ticket in two weeks ago and now mailing in my BPs and original e-ticket receipt last week, nothing has posted. Annoying, especially because this isn't some quirky fare on some partner airline on some strange route. This is TATL on a UA issued ticket in Z. How hard can this be?

Also annoying is the delay in .bomb getting LH in its online missing credit request function with the other *A carriers. Requests for missing LH credit were supposed to be ready to be made online in August but this was pushed back in mid-August to some unspecified date in "September" but as of 9/20 that hasn't happened-- why do I get the feeling "September" might turn into "October"?
