I just booked a SFO-KIX-NRT-SFO trip in F in February 2001 and was told that they're back to flying 747-400 NON First Suite planes on these routes. Having just flown SFO-IAD-CDG in 1st Suite, I'm surprised that the shorter European flights are taking precident over the longer Asia flights.
