Since the OP is an EXP, they're likely wanting to use AA over the water to put their eVIPs to use, and gain AA miles to keep the EXP going....options which MaxJet, SilverJet, & BA can't provide the OP. And, since that seems to be what the OP is looking for, I'm not understanding the suggestion to look elsewhere.
