I prefer F on Airbus because of the single seat. But I like to fly on the upper deck in 83A as well So I'd choose the flight which fits best to your schedule. As bau31888 pointed out FRA gives you the possibility to use the FCT.

While LX has the better F seat (at least IMHO) the overall F product is better on LH. But LX is nice for a night flight.
