I do not see any important difference between the responses given by American Express, Diners Club, VISA, State Farm or Amica. They all require a utlization log to evaluate a loss-of-use claim, and report varying degrees of difficulty obtaining those records. This doesn't mean that American Express or Diners won't
ask for the log, but they do not seem to expect the request to be honored.
