When IFE (or other items) are broken, or problems exist, there is envelope in the seatback pocket to help provide your support to UA.

You are supposed to tithe 10% of your ticket cost to support UA. Cash, check, or credit cards accepted. Turn it into the FA anytime as he/she comes around with a tray.
