I was in 2-class F on a IAD-SFO about a month ago. Was shocked by the meal. It was deli plate. Catering had 'forgotten' to load rolls, wine glasses and the dessert was one of the shortbread packets. I have had the deli plate in a mid-con or a later flight but never a dinner flight. The other choice was a fruit plate. With delays this was over a six hour flight.
